A1 Comms is spread across two bustling offices in Alfreton and Derby, where our teams work closely to offer the best products and services to our customers and business partners. Our offices aren't the traditional stuffy work setting – we're quite laidback, and we like it that way!

Annual holiday accrual
All full-time staff start with 20 days of holiday each year and receive an annual increase for the first four years of service.

Depending on the role, we can offer you a flexible approach to where you work: your home, one of our offices, or a bit of both.

All staff are enrolled in our BUPA Healthcare (Level 2) plan after completing probation and can add up to four dependents until they reach the age of 24 - so you're covered for any eventuality.
